
Project Overview
"Tsubaki Energy 566.4kWp Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project" is an important measure for Tsubaki Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tsubaki Technology Group, to actively respond to the national green energy policy. The project is located on the roof of two factories at No. 448 Hexing West Road, Hongqi Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, and deploys a total of 960 pieces of 590Wp high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, with a total installed capacity of 566.4kWp. The project is expected to achieve an average annual power generation of 590,000 kWh, which not only ensures the self-sufficiency of Tsubaki Technology's energy supply, but also contributes clean energy to the national grid through surplus power grid.

Breaking through the space limitations of traditional floor-mounted PV installation, this project adopts an innovative rooftop PV installation scheme. By adding a layer of steel structure on the roof and cleverly arranging photovoltaic panels on the color steel tile roof, this not only ensures the smooth installation of the photovoltaic system, but also retains the original roof space for enterprises to use for leisure and entertainment, which significantly improves the utilization rate of space.

With the successful completion of this project, the roof of our factory has been transformed into an efficient energy production base. According to the basic information statistics of the project, the system efficiency can reach 82%, the annual power generation is expected to be 582,560 kWh/year in the first year, and the cumulative power generation in 25 years is expected to reach 13,618,700 kWh, effectively reducing the dependence on traditional energy and perfectly realizing the green vision of "self-sufficiency and surplus power grid" of enterprise energy.
